Hi!
My name is Courtney Lauren Gilliland. I am a freelance makeup and hair artist. I am based in Monroe, GA, but will travel anywhere you may need! I have enjoyed doing hair and makeup for over six years. I have experience in weddings, boudoir shoots, film/tv, pageants, proms, and other special events. I am here to create your ideal look for any occasion! Makeup and hair are two passions of mine, it's something I truly just love doing. I am perfecting my craft everyday for you. I find such joy in serving and helping people feel beautiful and special! It would be an honor to work with you!
My goal is to have open communication from booking to the big day of your event. I like to get to know you and try to give you the best experience possible! Regardless of the service you need, I can't wait to meet you and make you look and feel more beautiful!

Courtney did makeup for my mom, my bridesmaids and myself for my recent wedding. Just my luck, I broke out right before. She did such a good job covering it up - you couldn’t tell at all. I felt so comfortable all night and during photos. I have super sensitive, acne prone skin, so I was nervous about how it would react to the makeup. Her products were great and I didn’t break out after at all. She’s so easy to talk with and made our whole group feel like we were having a spa day. She made everyone feel beautiful and comfortable - even with everyone’s different makeup preferences. She did a trial run to make sure everything was how I wanted it before the big day and adjusted the plan as needed. My hair and makeup truly did not move. I went home after a full day of pictures and dancing etc. and looked the same as I did when I got out of her chair.
